Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of management / leadership experience in a software development or Engineering organization.
- Must have at least 7 years’ experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software products to market.
- Sitefinity CMS knowledge a big plus.
- Experience in C#, ASP.NET, WCF and WEB API.
- Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
- Understanding of cloud hosting and server availability behind a load balancer and firewall.
- Experience using agile development methodologies.
- Familiar with the configuration management process in the SDLC. Managing software release from development to QA to UAT and Productions with the help of the deployment group.
- Familiarity with HTML5, C#, MVC and ASP.NET.
- Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues.
- High command of verbal and written English.
- Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
- Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
