Job Summary : Alviere is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team who will be responsible for driving net new revenue.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a hunter mentality who will take ownership of their own Sales pipeline.

Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of overachievement from closing complex deals and operating at the C-level at large enterprise customers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Owning the full sales cycle from lead to deal close, selling a complete fintech software solution
  • Establishing lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
  • Fostering new relationships for Alviere through outbound efforts
  • Working closely with the BDR establishing lead generation activity for your verticals
  • Helping to educate customers on the Alviere value proposition throughout the adoption cycle
  • Navigating key decision makers to build Alviere awareness within organizations through a complex deal lifecycle
  • Identifying customer needs and collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and expansion
  • Initiating, negotiating and closing new contracts with customers
  • Communicating and resolving issues including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries
  • Collaborating with different members of the team (Product, Compliance, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.)
  • Acquiring and utilizing industry and geographic knowledge related to macro and industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors

You will do this by :

  • Engaging with C-Level and decision makers at customers
  • Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise
  • Educating customers on the value proposition in a consultative way
  • Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions
  • Uncovering business initiatives and pain points to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business
  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Having a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level

A successful Senior Enterprise Account Executive will have the following :

  • 5-7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
  • Experience selling Fortune 500 companies
  • Viewed as a thought leader in sales with a broad network
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
  • Hunter mentality and proven success at generating new logos
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
  • Excellent prospecting and lead generations skills
  • Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Experience creating and presenting content to senior managers and the C-suite
  • Ability to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process
  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Some travel required

Pay Range : $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 / Yearly; plus commission

Benefits include : Medical, dental, vision insurances, unlimited paid time off, 401k plan w / company match.

This role is also eligible to receive equity in the company.

Alviere intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
