WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC is seeking LPNs immediately to start on the 12-hour day or night shift for a long-term care facility in White Plains, NY.
We will also consider LPNs seeking per diem shifts! The right LPN will have experience with long term care and can start right away.

PAY RANGE $38 - $42
SHIFT : 7pm - 7am nights or 7am - 7pm days BUT flexible for the right caregiver
Job duties and requirements of the LPN :
- Maintain professional LPN competencies and assist patient with all medical needs
- Manages patient flow and adheres to process on care plan / doctor's orders
- Able to identify patient care problems and suggest solutions to enhance patient outcomes
- Accurately obtain and document vital signs.
- Communication, leadership skills, and decision-making skills
Education & Experience
Graduate of an approved School of Practical Nursing with a permit or license (LPN) to practice in New York State.
Licenses and / or Certifications
CPR Required / BLS
