WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Obstetrics training to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Madison Family Medicine located in Greenwood, Indiana. Provider will be joining an established, busy practice with experienced physicians and advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and a great work-life balance.

Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and providing compassionate patient care. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills with a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with colleagues. Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

• Practice hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
• Flexible full-time schedule; no holidays or weekends
• Average outpatient volume : 15 - 20 patients per day
• Telehealth is offered
• EPIC electronic medical record
• Practice enjoys high patient satisfaction and quality scores
