Role and Responsibilities :
As a Field Service Engineer at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for a wide range of equipment in the marketing and advertising industry.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting equipment such as Nuc Med, MRI, X-Ray, CT, Mammo, R F, and Cath Lab.
- Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and providing effective solutions.
- Training clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Keeping accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history.
Candidate Qualifications :
To be considered for the position of Field Service Engineer, you must possess the following qualifications :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
Required Skills :
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills :
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
