Julius Silvert is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. For over 100 years, our family-owned business has proudly served customers along the East Coast while growing our organization and valuing all team members.
We're looking for someone who has previous fleet maintenance experience in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a new environment to grow.

Responsibilities :
- Manage outsourced technicians' work on fleet vehicles due to collision or replacement work
- Ordering of replacement parts when required
- Restore damaged vehicles by performing repair work on vehicle bodies
- Team Player willing and able to assist with whatever is needed
- Comfortable interacting at multiple levels of management within the organization
- Have an in-depth understanding of bodywork maintenance
- Must be able to develop a rapport with drivers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Motivated and energetic; strong work ethic
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous experience with commercial vehicle auto body work / repairs *Preferred*
- Diesel mechanic experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations
- Strong competence in the use of technology, including apps, online systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - with strong spreadsheet skills
- Excels within a fast-paced environment
