About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2208 To $2453 Job Title : Speech Language Pathologist Job Specialty : Speech Language Pathologist Job Duration : 26 weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 08 : 00AM - 04 : 00PM, including weekends Guaranteed Hours : 0 Experience : Acute care hospital and ICU experience License : New York State Speech-Language Pathology License Certifications : Certification in Speech-Language Pathology by the American Speech and Hearing Association, Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have : Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Job Description : - Provide patient care focusing on dysphagia, speech, and cognitive assessment and treatment.
- Work across various medical units and Intensive Care Units (ICU).- Assist with provocative testing, including Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) as needed.
- Participate in a 5-day workweek, including weekends.- Complete orientation consisting of 59.50 hours.
