Join Our Team as a Nurse Manager East Liberty Family Health Care Center (ELFHCC), a mission-driven community health center, is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to lead our nursing operations and support our commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to all.

As a key member of our clinical administration team, the Nurse Manager will oversee day-to-day nursing functions, foster a collaborative and supportive environment for staff, and ensure that nursing practices align with organizational goals and national standards. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient setting and is passionate about improving health outcomes in underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nursing operations across multiple clinic sites
• Support clinical staff and optimize patient flow and care delivery
• Coordinate staffing, manage call-offs, and ensure coverage across locations
• Oversee compliance with clinical policies and procedures
• Supervise nursing staff and conduct annual performance evaluations
• Facilitate monthly departmental meetings with the COO
• Analyze operational challenges and implement effective solutions
• Ensure timely communication between providers, pharmacies, and EMR systems
