Role Description
This is a full-time ON-SITE ONLY role for an Executive Administrative Assistant to the President with additional role supporting other departments and team members as assigned.
Assistant will be responsible for supporting the President in his professional capacity as well as occasional family and personal affairs.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintain calendars & schedules both in Outlook and manual calendars, setting and rescheduling meetings as
required and making the President aware of any changes to his schedule
- Maintain all tasks lists - updated and prioritized daily
- Prepare repairs, purchase orders, special orders, and manage and maintain status of all
- Maintain client data, files & portfolios
- Prepare appraisals
- Transcribe and prepare from dictation all emails, memos, letters and any other communication for the President
- Maintain President's office
- Assist in showroom and around office as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Assist with any other general office duties, as required
Qualifications
- Experience in executive administrative assistance is preferred
- Excellent typing skills and experience with transcription a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Dedicated and career oriented for this amazing opportunity

- Flexible with work schedules as required by the President
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Education / Certification / Screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Certifications in AJP, RJ, GG, CA a plus but not required
- Background screening required
Pay and Benefits
- $18-$30 / hour starting plus commission / bonus with potential to earn six figures
- Healthcare (50% of employee cost paid by employer)
- 401k eligible after 90 days with up to 3% of salary match
- Accrued sick days - up to 5 per year
