Working as a Marketing Design & Content Specialist at St. Mary's Bank and while adhering to Organizational Excellence standards, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with the marketing team and internal business areas to produce and execute marketing collateral, communications, and social media content to generate new business and enhance brand awareness.

Use in-depth knowledge to design, develop, or assist with all aspects of marketing communications, campaigns, and projects as assigned.

Standards of Performance and Goals :

  • Develop and execute visually creative print, digital, and social marketing assets and collateral to support promotions, campaigns, events, and internal business areas that is on brand and compliant (website, brochures, Google ads, flyers, inserts, and more).
  • Support internal and external messaging systems (Watchfire screens, Inlighten screens, Mood lobby / phone messages, branch merchandising, and account statements) by providing and updating marketing content and graphics and related system maintenance as needed.
  • Develop, write, and launch visually creative email campaigns in various formats as need - standard, triggered and automated.

Write persuasive or informative copy.

Support other departmental and organizational initiatives as needed or assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • 5-7 years of professional experience with print and digital design, with ability to take concepts from start to finish.
  • Social media content development knowledge required.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office required.
  • Experience designing, developing, and executing email campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical problem solving and organization skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks in a high-paced environment is required.
  • Able to perform successfully with minimum supervision and effectively in a team environment.
