Principal Accountabilities
- Shift : 4 day work week, 12 hourshifts
- Effectively and safely operatesstandard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand toolsand basic electrical testing equipment
- Performpreventative maintenance up to and including Annual PM’s
- Read and understand mechanical and electrical schematicswithout issue
- Complete minor troubleshootingof mechanical and electrical related issues without directsupervision
- Follow prescribed safety rules andregulation as well as other departmental policies and procedures,help to develop proper safety techniques
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanicaldevices in operation; listening for problems; using precisionmeasuring and testing instruments;
prepare work site scaffolding,safety, etc
- Perform maintenancetask, Identify follow-up work required
- With the Maintenance Supervisor, resolve problems asneeded to perform work
- Manufacturing ProcessReliability, Maintain Process and Industry Standards andSpecifications, Safety, Health and Environment
- Understand and certify in LOTO
- Acquire planned materials, tools and documentation forplanned work, and work order information for reactivework.
- Investigate job site if required determine scope of work (reactive work)
- Respond to interruption work from immediatesupervisor
- Move to next job after completionor as directed by Maintenance Supervisor
- Complete Closeout Activities including, Toolaccountability / Parts reconciliation, Sanitation tagging / Notification to Production, Return unused materials and tools,Functional Operations test complete, and arrange for Pd.M.validation
- Complete, Sign and return hardcopyWork Order to Maintenance Supervisor complete with; WorkDescription, Symptoms, As Found, As Left, Start / Finish time, andLabor Hours and Note Deficiencies, Delays, any Job PlanFeedback
- Effectively inform through writtencommunication daily pass-downs issues and actions
- Promote and assist with REPI events
RequiredQualifications
- Must bewilling to work weekends
- Must be eligible towork in the United States without Visa Sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability toread, write, and speak English
- Work history inthe past 12 months
- Must be willing to workweekends
