Responsibilities :
- Facilitate onboardingprocedures by addressing new hire inquiries, coordinating I-9 / CORIverifications, and sending calendar invitations with required IDs for on-sitevisits
- Ensure compliance and timelycompletion of onboarding documentation on the Xenqu platform, includingprocessing paperwork such as tax documents, employee contracts, andnondisclosure agreements
- Manage new hire integration byproviding relevant training links, login information, and connecting them withIT personnel for hardware and software setup
- Administer necessary paperworkand materials for employees to commence tasks, including deliveringpresentations and demonstrations
- Actively address employeequestions, ensuring understanding of payroll, company policies, and positionrequirements
Qualifications :
- 6 months experience in anoffice setting
- Able to commute to Boston, MAfor five days
