Stratosphere Quality is hosting a Job Fair to hire Associates for 1st and 2nd Shifts in the Lincoln, AL area.

We are seeking candidates with experience in sub-assembly, production, and quality work in the automotive industry.

Job Fair Details :

• ???? 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM (attend one session only)

Shifts & Schedule :

1st Shift : 5 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends)

2nd Shift : 3 : 30 PM – 12 : 30 AM (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Perform sub-assembly, production, and quality inspection tasks in an automotive environment

Follow work instructions and company policies to ensure product quality and safety

Accurately document inspection and production results

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Work as part of a team to meet customer requirements and project deadlines

Qualifications

Requirements :

Previous experience in sub-assembly, production, or quality preferred (automotive industry experience a plus)

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Must provide and wear steel toe shoes starting Day One

Ability to stand for 8–10 hours a day

Reliable transportation to and from work
