As the Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our vision for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ML technologies across Apple.

In this role, you will define the vision and strategy, and lead the execution of innovative solutions for internal customers that leverage our platform capabilities, across Apple.
TEAM LEADERSHIP : - Lead and mentor a team of Data and ML Solution Architects, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team. TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP : - Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design and implementation of AI / ML solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI / ML, driving innovation and continuous improvement. CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT : - Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units to understand their needs and requirements related to AI / ML.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored AI / ML solutions that address specific business challenges and opportunities.
ADOPTION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT : - Drive the adoption of AI / ML technologies and methodologies across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies for change management, training, and communication to facilitate the successful adoption of AI / ML initiatives.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT : - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI / ML initiatives.
Monitor and analyze performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
