Are you passionate about home security technology and innovation? We’re looking for a dedicated home security enthusiast like you to join our team to represent our client, Ring!
As a Brand Ambassador for Ring, you will speak directly with consumers at your assigned retail location and make recommendations to upgrade their home surveillance system.
You will be the face of our client’s brand, fostering an exceptional in-store environment through engaging hands-on demonstrations.
Your role involves educating customers, boosting sales, and nurturing strong relationships within your store. Additionally, you will provide in-aisle training to empower retail associates and management, driving increased sales for you and our product.
This is a seasonal, part-time opportunity working two 5-hour shifts every weekend (Saturdays & Sundays from 11am-4pm or 12pm-5pm) for 4 weekends in September (Saturday, September 7th Sunday, September 29th).
To set you up for success in this role, you will complete paid training prior to activating in-store : 4 hours of virtual self-guided e-learning courses and a 1 hour live or recorded product training call.
Reliable transportation to and from the retail location is required.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives
Convert product benefits to sales - fully understand the features and benefits of our client’s products
Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations
Build lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel
Engage, educate retail sales associates, and create excitement to increase the rate of recommendation
Gather, summarize, and report via our reporting tool daily on field and channel feedback and activities, as well as inform the team of competitive insights
Display a professional demeanor while representing our client, Ring, and BDS Connected Solutions
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Background in consumer electronics and the retail environment preferred
Experience in sales, demos, and / or customer-facing experience at retail
A passion for home security technology and innovation preferred
Skills and Attributes :
Must be enthusiastic, initiative-taking, have an outgoing personality, and be comfortable in a competitive environment
Exemplary communications skills, both written & verbal
Strong sales negotiation skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
The ability to quickly learn new products and features
Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results
Self-Motivation and the drive to start and complete in-store projects, training and sales.
Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
Access to either an iPhone or Android smartphone for on-site reporting prior to leaving the store
