About The Position
Job Title : Surgical Technologist Job Specialty : OR / Surgical Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties, including weekends Guaranteed Hours : 36 Hours per Week Experience : 2 Years of CST Experience in an Operating Room Setting License : Certified Surgical Technologist Certifications : - NBSTSA Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required- BLS Certification required Must-Have : - High School Diploma or Equivalency- Good Communication Skills Job Description : Responsible for planning and preparing for surgical procedures and assisting the surgeon.
Ensure sterilization of surgical equipment.- Assemble scheduled and emergency case carts.- Must live within 100 miles.- Proficiency in English (speak, read, write).
