job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTerritory Management : Work within a defined territory Monday through Friday. Spend Monday and Friday as half-day office days, with Tuesday through Thursday dedicated to fieldwork. Perform set appointments and cold calls from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM. Customer Relationship Management : Follow up with current customers and perform courtesy checks. Identify new opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. Business Development : Reach out to former customers who have stopped doing business with SSS. Prospect for new business in designated zones. Follow up on leads and capture new market share. Use non-sales time to study and practice product knowledge to become an expert. Organizational Tasks : Update CRM daily. Submit weekly plans and daily logs. Complete expense reports and other various tasks. Base salary plus commission (with an expectation of earning $150K annually) Paid Time Off (PTO) Company truck Laptop Phone Proven experience in sales or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel overnight as required Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in the cleaning equipment industry Familiarity with the designated territory
