A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator (Procurement / Logistics / Travel) to manage procurement, logistics, and travel arrangements.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the procurement process, including vendor research, contract negotiation, and complianceOversee logistical support for project activities, including inventory management and delivery coordinationCoordinate travel arrangements for staff and partners, including bookings and budget managementRequired Qualifications and EducationBachelor's degree required;
  • higher degree or certification in a related field preferredMinimum of 7 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or travel managementExperience managing complex procurement processes and coordinating international logisticsPrior experience applying USG rules and regulations;

knowledge of EU rules preferredSome experience in a remote or virtual work environment preferred
