PositionSummary :
The SeniorDirector Business Development will lead efforts to drive revenuegrowth by identifying new business opportunities establishing andexpanding channels and broadening Stratfield’s serviceportfolio.
This individual will focus on building new clientrelationships and delivering a wider range of solutions to meetevolving client needs.
The role requires a highly drivenprofessional with proven experience in selling consulting andprofessional services.
KeyResponsibilities :
- RevenueGrowth Initiatives : Identify anddrive new revenue streams by expanding service offerings anddeveloping strategies that align with client needs and marketdemands.
- ClientAcquisition & ChannelDevelopment : Establish and grownew business channels to reach diverse markets expandStratfield’s client base and offer a broader mix ofservices across multiplesectors.
- SolutionSelling : Collaborate withinternal consulting teams to deliver customized valuedrivensolutions that address client challenges efficiently andeffectively.
- RelationshipManagement : Build and maintainstrong client relationships to drive repeat business and establishlongtermpartnerships.
- SalesStrategy : Develop and implementa resultsdriven sales strategy focused on business growth marketexpansion and diversified serviceofferings.
- Collaborationwith Consulting Teams : Workclosely with internal teams to align business developmentinitiatives with service delivery ensuring seamless clientengagements.
- MarketExpansion : Continuously explorenew market opportunities to broaden Stratfield’s serviceportfolio and deliver additional value toclients.
- ClientRetention & Growth : Ensure high client satisfaction by gathering feedback addressingneeds proactively and identifying new areas for serviceexpansion.
Qualifications :
- 10 yearsof experience in business development with a focus on consulting orprofessionalservices.
- Provensuccess in identifying new revenue initiatives establishingchannels and diversifying clientportfolios.
- Expertisein managing full sales cycles from lead generation to contractnegotiation andclosing.
- Strongunderstanding of consulting services in areas such as softwareengineering project management change management and technologyenablement.
- Excellentcommunication negotiation and strategic thinkingskills.
- Bachelor’sdegree in business marketing or a related fieldpreferred.
