Description

$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The Athletic Trainer provides athletic training coverage / support for sport team / school assignment(s) as directed by the Clinical Supervisor for Rehab Services or Sports Medicine.

Provides and assists in the coordination of activities that include injury prevention, immediate assessment / evaluation / treatment of injuries and appropriate triage of injuries.

Required qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Health related field. Or equivalent educ / experience
• Upon hire : Oregon Athletic Trainer License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire : BOC (Board of Certification of athletic trainer's membership)
• Upon hire : In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position.

Preferred qualifications :

2 years of experience working in school / college environment as an athletic trainer.
