MAINTENANCE WORKER - GENERAL

Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a full time Maintenance Worker. The Maintenance Worker will perform routine and specific maintenance services which may include grounds work.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform general maintenance and repair to facility and equipment
• Handle all equipment in a safe manner to prevent accidents
• Inspect and maintain plumbing system
• Repair or refinished furniture in rooms, offices and dining room as needed
• Assist with installations, remodeling, or renovations as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the maintenance areas and mechanical rooms
• Perform other functions and tasks as assigned
