A leading NYC builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to run large-scale, ground-up block & plank multi-family projects . The role covers full project delivery - from preconstruction through TCO - with responsibility for field coordination, budgets, schedules, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of multi-family projects, from shovel in the ground to turnover
- Drive subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and progress against the critical path
- Act as the main point of contact with ownership, design teams, and regulatory agencies
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards across the site
- Lead final inspections, closeout, and project handover
