As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within a financial institution environment. Your presence and attention to detail help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to everyone you encounter. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns.

Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $23.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTimeMon08 : 15 AM - 05 : 15 PMTue08 : 15 AM - 05 : 15 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings within the financial institution environment, observing and reporting any unusual activity or security-related concerns.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors, clients, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Document all activities, observations, and incidents according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and onsite staff to support a secure and welcoming environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
