Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech)
StartDate : 10 / 7 / 2024 Available Shifts : 12 D, 8 D Pay Rate : $2618.74 - $3017.25
CT Tech needed asap for 13 weeksMon-Fri day / evenings (no weekends) 5x8hrs 7a-3 : 30p or 12 : 30-9 of 2p-10 : 30 depending on the unit needs.
Will also consider 3x12 hrs Fri, Sat, Sun( Traveler can choice 7a-7p or 7p-7a)NO CALL*Required Certification : ARRT CT Registry & *Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required*Minimum 2 years experience required*Must have EPIC experience*Could care for Covid patientsThe CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
The CT Technologist is licensed by the state as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services.
The CT Technologist demonstrates proficiency at routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including but not limited to CT of head / brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen / pelvis extremities and biopsy / drainage procedures.
Responsibilities also include : knowledge of processing of CT system, surgical / sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media and cross sectional anatomy.
Required Qualifications
- Required Certification : ARRT CT Registry &
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years experience required
- Must have EPIC experience
- Could care for Covid patients
