Required :
- LCSW, LMSW or LMHC is licensed by the State of New York
- At least one year's experience in a community-based health care facility from a bio-psycho-social perspective. · The school-based clinical social worker requires at least one year's experience working in a school with working knowledge of a school-based health care facility.
- Experience working with underserved populations including those living with HIV / AIDS, MSM, LGBTQ, as well as formerly incarcerated.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work on a team.
- Commitment to community health care.
