Job Description Summary :

As a Senior Product Manager on the Post Purchase team focused on integrations and partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Package tracking capabilities and launching new Post Purchase solutions for PayPal merchants and consumers.

Your primary focus will be on managing integrations and merchant partnerships, while also defining consumer experiences within the Post Purchase team.

You will lead the development and implementation of product strategies centered around Post Purchase integrations with merchants and vendors.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-centric payment solutions that address the evolving needs of both consumers and merchants.

Your day-to-day

  • Identify market opportunities and develop a product roadmap that addresses the needs of both merchants and consumers.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior leaders who are key stakeholders in your projects.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, defining requirements, design, development, and product launch.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback and market research.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to effectively communicate the value of new products to merchant customers.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance the product and user experience.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of integrations.
  • Utilize analytics and metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize the product strategy.

What Do You Need To Bring

  • 4+ years of product management experience at a tech company or consulting agency.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
  • Experience in bringing e-Commerce or B2B solutions to the market.
  • Strong understanding of e-Commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
