Job Description

Seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician—or Board Certified Family / Internal Medicine Physician with EM experience—to join a growing emergency medicine program in Southeast Ohio. This is a full-time permanent position with flexible employment options (W2 or 1099).

Position Highlights

21,000 annual ED visits

20-bed Emergency Department

24 / 7 physician coverage (12-hour shifts)

14 hours / day APP coverage

Paragon EMR system

On-site administrative support

Not accepting new graduates or visa candidates

Locum candidates accepted separately

Requirements

✅ Board Certified EM or Family / Internal Medicine with EM experience

✅ Minimum 12 months (2,000 hours) EM experience outside training

✅ Ohio medical license (or in progress)

✅ DEA license (must be obtained before start)

✅ Proof of COVID vaccination

✅ Clean malpractice and licensing

✅ Procedure experience list required at submission

Compensation & Benefits

W2 with health / dental / vision (HSA), life insurance, 401(k), $3,000 CME

1099 option with guaranteed shifts

Night shift premium pay
