Campus OverviewKettering Health Dayton* Kettering Health Dayton, formerly Grandview Medical Center, has been providing care to Dayton and surrounding communities for over 90 years.
- Over 20 specialties, including orthopedics, heart and vascular, surgery, and trauma services.* KH Dayton expanded their Emergency Department as well as their heart & vascular services to include an additional catheterization lab and electrophysiology lab.

Responsibilities & RequirementsJob ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process in providing nursing care to patients in all settings in collaboration with other interdisciplinary personnel.
Utilizing organizational resources the RN acts as a patient advocate for the delivery of safe care including delegation of care and participation in performance and practice improvement.
The RN's actions and communications should reflect Kettering Health Networks mission, vision, values, and policies in interactions with patients, families, and coworker.
The Registered Nurse reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.Job Requirements* Graduation from an accredited nursing program* Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse* At least 12 months of RN experience in an acute care or long term care setting* BLS certification* ACLS certification required within six months of hire* Must be scheduled a minimum of 480 hours per calendar year* Minimum of 5 shifts (60 hours) per a 6 week schedule* Weekend Shift Requirement* 2 Holiday per year
