General Sales Manager

The General Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales, driving revenue growth, customer satisfaction and retention of new and used car sales deals while providing solid planning, motivation and coordination of the sales department through leadership and solid business practices.

Responsibilities
- Hire, train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants.
- Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved.
- Ensure CRM is being utilized in accordance with dealership policies and expectations.
- Assist in closing deals and assisting customers as needed.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in a dealership environment required.
- Previous Mercedes-Benz experience highly preferred.
