3. Provides oversight to patient care delivered by LPN and Certified Medical Assistant.
4. Assesses needs of patients based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination, telephone triage
and analysis of diagnostic data.
5. Renders professional nursing care including administering medications and intravenous fluids.
6. Performs complex and routine treatments and diagnostic testing as prescribed by physicians.
7. Fosters an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors.
8. Utilizes appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patient and staff.
9. Utilizes critical thinking skills to respond to patient crisis, emergency situations, and changes in work environment.
10. Coordinates patient care and teaching to improve patient outcomes.
11. Demonstrates thorough and concise documentation of patient care delivery.
12. Possesses knowledge of growth and development and ability to communicate to patients of all ages.
13. Contributes to overall performance of the department through the orientation of novice employees and residents.
14. Demonstrates continued professional growth through setting goals and participating in educational offerings.

Job Requirements
Qualifications / Training :
- 2-4 year’s work experience in nursing field
- Computer software / Electronic medical record keeping knowledge
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations / Education :
- Must possess a valid SC license- RN, BLS
