POSITION SUMMARY
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for traveling within the United States and Canada visiting Jobber / Dealer accounts and attending trade shows.
This role will primarily be responsible for ownership of Dealer relationships through strong communication and support skills within offering products.
This is a road warrior position and will require up to 75% travel depending on business needs, including some weekends and trade shows.
CORE FUNCTIONS
- Execute business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of corporate sales goals and profitability.
- Attend weekly Sales and various Meetings via phone / virtual means.
- Log all jobber / WD calls in company CRM system within deadlines.
- Complete all expense reports each month in a timely manner.
- Maintain dealer contact info (names, e-mail, phone, address, website, etc.) in company CRM system for use in our direct mailing, e-blasts, connection to our dealer locator for any RealTruck members use.
- Maintain planned activities on shared calendar 30 days in advance.
- Travel regularly via automobile and airplane to visit Jobbers, Warehouse (WD), Trade Shows, and assigned events (some weekends required).
- Achieve targeted goals for assigned sales channels and monthly jobber visit quotas.
- Attend to customer expectations to maintain their satisfaction.
- Maintain / and present customer programs, policies, and promotional activities.
- Properly train Jobber Accounts on all products offered.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
- High School / GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in dealership, customer, or client relationship management.
Required Licenses
Valid State issued Driver’s License.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Force, Concur or other expenses systems Develop PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond to complaints.
- Ability to effectively present information and presentations to management and customers.
- Ability to write, speak and comprehend English.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
- Ability to read and understand basic business financial documents.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
- Ability to overcome customer objections and concerns.
Travel
75% of travel is required on average.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual Contributor : working team member with no oversight of others and no management responsibilities.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position is subject to exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and / or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Visual Acuity
The worker is required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
