Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. Provide hospitalist care in a semi-open ICU with intensivist coverage during the day and E-ICU coverage at night. Participate in the code team, with certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests. Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). Nocturnist hours are 7p-7a 7 on / 7 off with schedule flexibility Rocky Mount is a community known for its cultural richness, natural beauty, and affordable living. Compensation : Competitive compensation package and higher pay with bonuses with an average of $380k – $390k for nocturnists. Benefits : 401(k) with matching contributions. We are hiring for a Nocturnist position. A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours

- Join our closely knit, established team of 18 physicians and six advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by a clinical performance nurse.
- We have a stable team that is steadily expanding. We are looking to add more clinicians to our growing practice.
- UNC Nash is a well-established hospital in Rocky Mount, NC, offering a wide range of services, including a semi-open ICU, intensive care coverage, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
