An employer is looking for a DAS Real Estate Specialist in the Irving, TX area. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate site acquisition / real estate coordination duties as it pertains to the clients in-building DAS agreements / contracts.
You will partner closely with these 3rd party DAS vendors to track current projects, milestones and related financials. You will work with building owners to negotiate and navigate DAS agreements and own the lifecycle of the engagements.
You will be uploading real estate documents into the client databases / systems (Fuze) and route them to leadership for execution.
You will coordinate with these vendors to ensure timely payments, updates and remove bottlenecks accordingly to prevent project delays.
Additional tasks may include updating field data in client databases, cell site modifications and other related administrative duties.

Strong experience with Google Suite
7+ years experience in site acquisition / real estate coordination (Telecom)
Prior experience supporting Verizon (ATC, Crown Castle, SBA) and experience with FUZE
Strong background working with DAS vendors and negotiating contracts / agreements
Experience working with DAS contracts and building owners for in-building / venue DAS engagements
Vendor coordination / management
Experience tracking milestones, financials and POs
