Entry Level Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities :
- Reach out to existing clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Track and follow-up on a high volume of open issues in order to maintain a high quality of customer experience
- Provide impeccable client and customer support by maintaining a positive attitude and creating innovative solutions
- Communicate internally, escalating client requests and concerns for prompt and thorough resolution
Entry Level Customer Support Specialist Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 6 months of customer service or office support experience, either in a retail, school or corporate setting
- Ability to think outside the box to problem solve for customers
- Ability to meet daily and weekly goals and metrics
