Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of 8-12 field sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate a diverse sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership :
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy Development :
- Create and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Performance Management :
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
Collaboration :
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and sales tools.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Customer Engagement :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns and feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis :
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
