Sales Account Manager - Entry Level

The daily duties will consist of overseeing client relations, producing and managing sales within a designated region, and leading customer service efforts.

As an industry leader, we focus on creating meaningful experiences for our clients through superior customer service and personalized enrollment assistance.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships with both our Fortune 500 clients and the community, and excel in managing multiple priorities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Leadership : Lead and drive sales initiatives within your territory to achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Community Engagement : Serve as the face of the company within your local community, actively participating in community outreach and networking events to foster relationships and increase brand presence.
  • Customer Service : Ensure a superior customer experience by addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Territory Management : Oversee and manage all aspects of sales operations within your assigned territory, including tracking performance, forecasting, and planning.
  • Organizational Excellence : Keep organized records of all client interactions, sales, and service activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in client relationship management and sales, preferably within the wireless or technology industry.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and foster trust with both clients and colleagues.
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Prior experience leading a sales territory or region is a plus.
  • Ability to work in and engage with the local community, developing strong relationships to support business growth.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $57,616.00 - $76,459.00 per year
