RealREPP, a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm is currently teaming with civil litigation and insurance coverage firm to hire for a Partner in undefined, undefined!
This is a very team-oriented, tight-knit group who work together collaboratively! The Partner will oversee the core operations of the firm and also act as a mentor or advisor to senior and staff level employees.
This Partner will have an essential role in growing clientele and developing new business opportunities. his person will have the ability to work in a positive and team-oriented environment, while also working on very interesting and challenging cases.
What You Need
- Must have a minimum 8 years' experience as a Partner or Senior Associate with California state litigation experience
- Master's degree preferred.
- Extensive managerial experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Executive decision-making skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
- Exceptional business acumen.
Compensation package : Base salary $180,000 - $250,000 + discretionary bonus. In addition, they offer flexibility, excellent PTO, 401K, and a medical / dental / vision package!
