We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will take the lead on compensation management, performance reviews, benefits administration, and organizational development.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring that our employees are supported, engaged, and recognized for their contributions while maintaining compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Compensation Management : Define promotion levels, manage title changes, and ensure equitable pay through salary benchmarking.
- Performance Management : Oversee annual performance reviews and work with department leaders to establish clear performance metrics.
- Team Building & Culture : Organize team-building events and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Training & Development : Assess training needs, plan development programs, and support employee growth.
- Job Descriptions & Org Charts : Create and update job descriptions and maintain organizational charts.
- Benefits Administration : Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Compliance & Policy Management
Maintain and update HR policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Talent Acquisition : Implement onboarding programs to ensure new hire success.
What We’re Looking For :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using HR software and performance management systems.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and building relationships across teams.
