Financial Analyst

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage month-end processes, forecasts, and reporting on budget vs. actual results

Support the development of the annual operating plan in collaboration with department heads

Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

1-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting

Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint

Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles
