- Drive and support business performance via management and execution of Performance Reporting, Forecasting processes, Capital tracking and Pod modeling requirements
- Support Supply Chain objectives through strong business partnering and analytical insight
Support the planning and forecasting for various cost and Supply Chain functions
Function as a business partner to the West Pod teamResponsibilities
Performance reporting on Daily, Weekly and Period basisDaily business forecast updates and assessmentsManagement of periodic business forecasts and functional integrationFinancial close reviews, analysis and reconciliation (incl. reporting support)Liaison with HQ, Accounting and organizational functionsExec team financial reporting and business evaluationAOP Planning Process ownership and supportPod level support (Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Planning, etc) - business modeling and financial analyticsIdentify areas of financial risk and opportunity; Issue resolutionCompensation and Benefits :
The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. BS Degree in Finance or AccountingMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience2+ years of combined Accounting / Finance / Financial Systems experienceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environmentCustomer service-oriented attitude and demonstrated leadership capabilityAdvanced use of MS Office SuiteStrong analytical and communication skillsStrong team player and ability to successfully work in a matrix structureEEO Statement
