As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include :
- Working with HOT LEADS - NO COLD CALLING
- Qualifying outbound and inbound leads to assist in resolving tax debt
- Diligently following up with clients via outbound calls and communication through our CRM system
- Demonstrating effective closing skills and employing a consultative sales approach
- Onboarding new clients and guiding them through our contract
- Managing the CRM system efficiently to ensure all sales goals are met
Requirements for this role :
- Highly motivated, self-starting individuals with a mindset geared toward success
- Articulate, conscious, and communicative
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with customized CRM systems is advantageous
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday (In-office position)
