- Maintain responsibility for keeping the operating room sterile. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical team members. - Assist in the preparation and management of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining a sterile field during procedures. - Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Participate in continuous education and training as required.
