Engineering Manager - Building Human Like AI Software - $450k - Series B - Hybrid

Are you a bright & ambitious Engineering Manager wanting to help build software with human-like intelligence? We're a Series B Scale-Up who has raised $200m & we are looking to grow across the entire team!

Our goal is to create AI systems that can reason and code, allowing AI agents to achieve complex objectives and function safely in real-world settings.

We train our own foundational models tailored for reasoning and develop prototype agents based on these models.

You will focus on mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, offering feedback, pair programming, and removing obstacles to help others perform at their best.

You will assist with onboarding new hires, conduct interviews, and establish cultural best practices to build a world-class team.

Offering a salary of up to $450k, a $20k learning budget, very rewarding equity & the opportunity to build technology that truly matters.
