Position Overview : As a Remote Travel Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our group travelers have seamless journeys and unforgettable experiences.
You'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with booking group travel arrangements, manage travel itineraries, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities : Provide prompt and personable assistance to group travelers via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Assist customers in booking group travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies. Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries tailored to group preferences.
Proactively identify and resolve travel-related challenges to minimize disruptions. Foster transparent and effective communication with group leaders, travel coordinators, and suppliers.
Assist travelers in securing necessary visas, permits, and travel documents. Stay abreast of travel trends and destination insights to provide valuable recommendations.
Verify the accuracy of bookings and travel documents, maintaining meticulous records. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance the success of group travel programs.
Qualifications : Previous customer service experience, with a background in the travel industry advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools beneficial but not essential.
