RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead production operations, optimizing productivity, cost, and planning strategies.
- Champion manufacturing efficiency and cost reduction through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members, conducting performance reviews to drive excellence.
- Ensure strict compliance with FDA, TGA, and other regulatory standards, collaborating closely with Quality to maintain impeccable manufacturing practices.
- Drive budgetary initiatives for cost improvement, aligning with strategic business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and market trends to inform manufacturing strategies.
- Provide comprehensive training for Operations team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing strategy with overall business goals.
- Lead multiple projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency, driving value across the organization.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance within the Operations team, prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity.
- Oversee manufacturing maintenance to uphold stringent standards and recommend plant improvements and capital expenditures as needed.
- Contribute to strategic management discussions as a key member of the executive team, translating vision into actionable plans.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in Technical / Engineering / Business Operations or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of supervisory / management experience in cGMP pharma, medical device, or healthcare manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in OEE software preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
