Description :
10+ years of exp in Supporting a PMO function for an IT organization in financial / investment domain projects.
Expereince in Projects Governance control, reporting, financial management.
Offer strategic advice on project governance, process improvement, and organizational change management.
Bring industry best practices to help organizations optimize their project management practices.
Experience in Project forecasting, actual, accrual
Generate required reports and Data to provide analysis and data insights for current states of the projects.
Provide analytical support to the PMO team and project managers.
Collect and analyze project reports and data, such as budgets, schedules, and performance metrics for identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Support respective project managers with providing project progress data.
Providing administrative support to the PMO team and project managers.
Maintain project documentation, track resource schedules, coordinate meetings and training, and assist with budgeting and financial tracking.
Experience of basic project management with Agile and Waterfall
Good to have skills on Jira configuration, how Jira works at the backend.
