Responsibilities
Manage the shipment of all Tablets, materials, and supplies
Coordinate Tablet Shipping Room and ensure that inventory is kept in a safe, organized
manner
Maintain device inventory for the device Program
Analyze shipping grievances, track and trend logistic issues, complete outreach as
needed, and prepare monthly reports
Activating and deactivating service, assigning licenses, and other reactive charges for
equipment
Collaborate with Technology team to ensure equipment is properly configured
Engage with teams across the organization to understand clinical goals and service
needs as it relates to education and training
Adhere to all compliance rules and ethical standards

Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc) experience is a plus
Mobile Device Management experience is a plus
