Pay : $18.00 per hour
Job Type : Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift : 1st Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Customer Service Representative description :
- Handle incoming phone calls, online chat messages, and customer emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Accurately enter and process qutes and sales orders into the system.
- Review and approve sales orders, ensuring all details are correct and processing is timely.
- Provide solutions and support to customer inquiries, resolving issues and offering product or service information as needed.
- Track and follow up on orders and customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
