THE JOB :
As a Luxury Concierge, you will be pivotal in shaping an exceptional guest experience with your warm and attentive service.
By tuning into each guest's unique needs and preferences, you will craft unforgettable moments and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING PAY RATE : $19.00 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Efficiently process all guest requests - whether received via phone, in person, text, email, or fax - while actively promoting and upselling MGM Resorts' venues and services.
This includes amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M Life, casino events, property promotions, and more
- Address and resolve guest conflicts promptly, anticipating and mitigating potential challenges to ensure a seamless experience
- Serve as a brand ambassador by building strong relationships and representing the property professionally with both vendors and guests
- Handle multiple tasks across up to 26 operating systems simultaneously to meet guest needs
- Continuously update your knowledge of citywide offerings and establish a robust professional network within the hospitality industry
- Stay informed about policies and procedures across various departments to facilitate accurate and efficient bookings
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
- One (1) year of relevant guest service experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
- One (1) year of relevant guest services experience in a similar luxury resort setting
- Has a passion for Service, is resourceful in finding solutions, and can efficiently multi-task
- AAA / Mobile / Forbes guest service standards experience in a hotel / resort setting
- Participation in industry associations including the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association and Les Clefs d'Or USA
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish, in both written and verbal forms
