We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team in the Redmond, Washington area. As the Senior Account Executive , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profitability both from our existing client base and by cultivating new relationships.

Your focus will be on exceeding sales targets, fostering business growth within your designated territory, identifying strategic opportunities, and engaging with prospective clients.

You will be a key driver of the sales process, responsible for tasks ranging from crafting compelling proposals to managing project communications and costs.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experiences
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experiences in consultative sales and customer support within the AV / IT or related technology sectors
  • A robust network of industry contacts
  • Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and CRM software
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for crafting impactful documents and engaging effectively with clients
  • Proven ability to uncover hidden customer needs, negotiate effectively and problem solve
  • Independent and self-motivated work style
  • Expertise encompassing AV / IT products, design, engineering, sales, and industry trends
  • Ability to create strong partnerships and deliver excellent customer service while achieving sales goals

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve and surpass sales quotas
  • Cultivate and develop business within your assigned territory by identifying prospects and capitalizing on market trends
  • Champion the sales process, orchestrating proposals, big responses, and project scope discussions
  • Understand and interpret complex client needs and financial parameters, shaping comprehensive scopes of work for proposed technology integrations and installations
  • Guide clients through project phases, ensuring seamless planning, implementation, and post-sales support
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted partner throughout the sales journey
  • Collaborate with a team to facilitate the sale of our products, solutions, and services in line with established agreements
